This notice covers Cassia's letter, the only place on this site that currently asks for your details.

What we collect

When you join Cassia's letter, we store the email address you enter and the explicit consent you give by checking the box next to the signup form, together with the time you submitted it.

How it is stored

Your email and consent are written directly to Cassia Fo's own database. They are not shared with a third-party email or marketing platform, and this publication does not yet send newsletter issues from that address.

Retention and deletion

A formal retention and deletion policy for this data has not been finalised. It will be published here, and applied to data already collected, before this publication leaves staging for production.
